Clean up this git rep #50

There is so many useless and outdated branches and files that I feel a bit lost. We have https://github.com/costoffreedom/oldies to store previous versions etc, so we should move everything irrelevant there.

gh-pages-clean branch is cleaned and doesn't contain the book as it is now maintained in a separate rep. I have added some 404 hack to solve previous link redirect issue (#41)

the old-gh-pages-with-book contains a backup of current state of the rep

I removed all these messy branches I created :) let's solve problems on gh-pages instead
