Local Storage option for testing #6

Is there a way to configure for local storage (instead of S3) for testing purposes. Awesome work.

Thanks! I guess installing an instance of Eucalyptus as soon as the feature is replicated could work

For unit / functional testing, replicating real world responses is probably the way to go
