New data capture field #61

dded a 'members for whom this is their main employment' field as just counting members may skew data towards freelance-style co-ops where the co-op is not the main employment.

It's not used anywhere yet, but will be used to guide stuff, hopefully.

I have just updated WordPress and some plugins, 3b7a7ae, @harryrobbins can your check that the dev site is working OK and if it is let's merge these change in — WordPress 4.8.3 is a security update:
