WAIT! Do not merge until gulpify branch (#90) is merged! 😃 (This is branched off gulpify.)

This allows the email-subscribers plugin to work (tested locally, will need testing on staging).

Also adds the newsletter sign up form to the front page beneath Get In Touch, and styles it a bit.

So, we ended up dropping the idea of having the newsletter as an email thing.

We're now just posting on the discourse and letting that handle sending it out to everyone.

Sorry that you put a bunch of work in on this! Is some of it still relevant?
