Feature request : "process lines" #573

Would it be possible to add the "Process Lines Containing..." feature that exists in TextWrangler.

I'm now fully occupied with migrating the whole codes in CotEditor to Swift and the new CotEditor 3 that will be released in this autumn (or winter). So, there is not enough room for adding large new features until finishing them up.

However, well, after that, I wanna add some features to process text easily and handy (e.g. #470). I'm not sure TextWrangler's "Process Lines Containing..." is the best way (I feel the usage of it is too limited.) At this moment, I just can say it is under the consideration.
