Establishes an initial set of procedures and practices to approach objectives.

Covers the objectives for #2 by providing a work framework for most of the required process and guidelines for collaborating as defined by:

  • Enable active team collaboration with clear objectives and direction, but also allow room for developers to try and propose new features.
