• [x] Preserve old "Sprint" projects in existing items.
• [x] Assign the Start Date and Target Date for the projects based on their original sprint
• [x] Assign the latest sprint they fall into.

Have added all existing issues to the Development Board. Had to assign all of them to Sprint 1, since we could not sync their original sprints to the new Development Board iterations.
