User need s to have a time zone
time zone is set by broswers setting in th e first time but user can change it
on schedules , etc user see other users times based on their own time zone
for example if my friend ives in istanbul and I live in tehran I should see his schedules with a -30 mins time shift
also other users can see my time zone seeting in public profile
