Rescinding Invitations, Revoking Members

You can give members the ‘boot’ with: ''fe org rescind example.io private/private'' "fe org evict example.io private/private"

The "private/private" part should be changed to identity.

Fixed the Syntax Issues by editing the organizations.md file from iron-docs. Built and Deployed from Tether shell of cott-io/beta
