Hi Mark. We explicitly consulted the department about posting this back in the day, arguing that this was not the solution to a particular exercise on top of a skeleton code and that it was written from scratch by us; and thus would not be easy to plagiarise. Making this repo public was not a problem then. This is also the reason other exercises are not uploaded (namely Pintos).
I have also gone carefully through the college's academic policy and I found nothing indicating it was against policy to publish completely original work after submission, given we are not giving permission for its use. This work is IP that belongs to me and my course mates (also per college policy) and as such we would like to continue using it as we see fit in our professional career.
Nonetheless, I have amended the license in d828038 in order to reflect that we do not intend for the work to be used for plagiarism, and we do not give permission for its use with that purpose.
It is against Imperial's plagiarism policy for you to post this project work publicly on GitHub. If your code is copied and submitted back to us, then you could be considered to be enabling plagiarism. Please can you make this a private repo, to avoid any issues.
