Publish Server 4.6.2 and Sync Gateway 1.4.1-3 AMIs #14

It's tempting to use Amazon Linux on AWS but that will lead to different strategies for Azure and GCP since it's not available there.

Using Ubuntu would avoid this issue. That's the solution I'm currently leaning toward.

Need to clean up the regions here. The AMIs are only specified for some regions.

Hmmm. We're currently using the AWS CLI and that comes installed with Amazon linux....

Errr.... moving back to Amazon linux while I work through this race condition...

I've got most everything working with AWS Linux. I'm going to ask Ian about roles and AWS CLI on Ubuntu when we chat tomorrow

Everything but the region question is resolved. I'll ask Ian if there's a better solution tomorrow.

We've now built images for 4.6.2 and 1.4.1-3 using the latest Amazon Linux and the Redhat 7 package. Those are in us-east-1 now and I've submitted the product load form to propagate them elsewhere. Once done I'll update the CFn.

They're live! Still working on fixing the CAR stuff...
