Add node indices #28

Might be able to use the tag for the index.... hmmmm.

We're now adding tags. Trying to think about how to bake the index in. Some of the bash isn't right currently...

A bit on the fence about whether or not to do this. Only the rally node is really special, so the numbers don't add a lot here.

Decided not to do this. We're not indexing with 0 anymore, but calling the rally ServerRally.
