Updated Managed App to New Release #59

There were a few issues in the steps I listed earlier. The steps I listed earlier will be needed some time before GA. I will confirm on the exact timeline. For now, please make the below changes and republish -

  1. Open mainTemplate.json and make the following changes - a. Change api-version from 2016-09-01-preview to 2017-09-01 b. Change resource type name to Microsoft.Solutions/appliances to Microsoft.Solutions/applications

All the files/ names stay as is .
