Split Brain DNS #9

Unsure how to deal with. For now, I'm going to use the private DNS. That prevents users from developing from their laptops. I'm waiting for a response from Chris and Kyle.

It sounds like a new feature may be coming later in the month that will deal with this issue.

Actually, I think I misread that. It doesn't look like a split brain analog is coming soon. You might be able to put something together with DNS or by finagling the host file like we do on Azure.

With globally routable private IPs this doesn't seem to be much of an issue. The only use case not supported is connecting a dev box from outside google without a tunnel. But you could use a tunnel easily. I'm closing this as unneeded now.
