Suggestions to improve instructions for Windows and Alpine Linux #88

Do not merge without careful review. Suggesting this based on recent investigations, but notice that I've experimented with the Tabs feature to help organize the various install directions.

Should we take this forward in Docs now? Do we have a ticket to attach this to?

Yeah, I would like to get it in good enough shape to accept. I don't have a ticket that it's attached to because it came from my experience working through two recent PHP issues and noticing the discrepancies in the docs. We can create one if you need it or think it will help communicate the background. First I tested Alpine Linux (sanity check due to upcoming feature goal) and then tested on Windows (while responding to a forum post).

@osfameron BTW, I just realized that I didn't create this PR from a branch. It's not a big deal ultimately, but I can squash the changes after you review and if you are okay with pulling the changes in.
