Intermittant, does not happen everytime

Steps to reproduce
Android Nexus 5X, using 1.3.1-47, SQLite Scenario
Share a list with an Android
While rotating the Android device, add tasks to the shared list from other clients
Stop rotating and make sure the device gets the tasks

Expected: Device would get tasks Actual: Replication stopped and no tasks show up
