Add Facebook Logout Feature #10

I've added the facebook logout feature. If you are logged in and you click the button in the top right corner it will log you out.

@deefactorial no only project admins have the ability to merge PR's. I will go ahead and merge it even though I haven't had a chance to test yet. Thanks for the contribution!
