when launched by ns_server message do not end up console or log #161

this is making debugging within cbft difficult

When I run cluster_run, cbft.log is in the ns_server/logs/n_0/cbft.log file

Ah, interesting, its logs/... not data/logs/... I had assumed all the instance specific data would be stored under data.
