docs on alias concepts needed #77

From usability testing, JM asked about whether one index could have >1 bucket as a datasource.

SY talked about using aliases to allow query across >1 index to achieve the same effect (where DCP seqnum tracking made the current 1-to-1 design easier).

But, that should be documented rather than have SY handwaving about it.
