Adding more relevant performance metrics for data, index, query and XDCR services to the Grafana Dashboard. An update/replacement to the existing couchbase-performance-dashboard.json.

The current couchbase-performance-dashboard.json was provided to Tyler by myself. This is an update to it as has more relevant performance metrics for data, index, query and XDCR services.
