paging buttons are not conveniently near end of hits list #19

...instead, the paging buttons "[1][2][3][...]" are in the footer.

so, if you have lots of facets, the "Refine Results" panel may be much taller than the main hits/results panel, which means the user has to scroll to get to the paging buttons.
