Update swift code to implement creating role workaround

• Made func createTaskList(name: String) async function.
• When creating a new task list, send an Admin REST API to SG the create the list’s contributor role.
• Updated sync function in sync-gateway-config.json to use role access grant.
• Renamed DBError to AppLogicError
