add the bootstrap off of a URI #1

This client should be cluster aware, so it should bootstrap off of a URI and react to changes

Have something that kinda sorta works, and will get it to be better soon before closing. In the workinprogress branch.

this repository seems to have been abandoned. Are there any plans to make the nodejs client a first class citizen in the couchbase universe? If not, what other libraries do you recommend? We are currently using baseview plus memcached.
