STAR was not installed correctly! #39

11:12:36.982 [main] ERROR java.lang.Class - STAR was not installed correctly!

This is the error that i have been getting. I downloaded STAR and built it from source. Added the path to Bashrc as well . Still the same issue. Any help would be highly appreciated

Hii, I ran star separately . Even the process of annotation is giving me an error , despite of having downloaded all the prebuilt databases. I am sure i might be making a silly mistake somewhere. Attached is a screenshot of the error.

I guess it's the file path problem. Please use the full file path for the output.
