You mentioned the release of COMPSRA 2.0 several times in some other issues. Are there any new details about its release? We are currently trying to implement custom dbs in the annotation pipeline, and from what I've read version 2.0 will support that, right?

Sorry for the late reply. COMPSRA2 was delayed by other urgent projects and all the group members were affected by COVID-19 with strong symptoms. We hope we can release it late in this spring.
