Output of non-annotated reads #48

Hey,

Is there a flag to get an output (bam) file for all the reads that weren't annotated using the prebuilt databases?

Dear genericame2,

In default, COMPSRA will output the unmapped reads. If you set "-armun", the bam file will be removed to save storage.
