fix interp masking

[SnowzNZ]

• swap clipa and clipb in masking func
• if rife is being used, convert the mask to RGBS
• make og_fps_adjust actually optional
• remove og_fps and just use clip.fps
• use autopep8 to format code to pep8:

  pip install autopep8
  autopep8 --in-place -a -a .\jamba.vpy
