This is possibly related to [gh-129], but things seem to get a little
flaky if some of the participants that have entered the room have not
clicked the ‘get started’ button on the intro box yet. In one instance,
four participants entered the room, none of them clicked ‘get started’.
When the first player clicked ‘get started’, the activity started in ‘Round
2’ for that player, and even after the other participants clicked ‘get
started’, only the first player had a work table rendered in their window.
Perhaps it would be best to not to count a student as ‘in the room’ until
they click the ‘Get Started’ button, so the activity doesn’t kick off while
they’re reading the instructions?
