Design: "Supply and Demand of Cocoa" #24

I did this graphic - I think that I am going to rework the "bean" a little bit - but this is the general direction:

@ZeeJab Cacao's header seems to be a little funky. This might be related to solved when #63 is resolved. So let's hold off for now, but I'm going to leave this issue open until then.

There is a "Trader 0", which is weird—but I think we had a similar issue with Pizza that @jugglinmike solved. I'll look into it.

@stevekinney the cocoa header was fixed in the pizza PR btdubz :-)
