ListenTo and CloakRoomManager #46

ListenTo generalizes the server .listenTo(emitter) behaviour.
CloakRoomManager generalizes cloak room creation.
common.createListeningCRUDManager creates a CRUDManager and CRUDReplicator following the pattern first demo'd in example.

I think the code is pretty self explaining but very lacking in comments. I'll make a pass soon but pointing to specific spots that could use it will help me.
