Money creation adjustments

These changes requested in issue #6.

@stevekinney Is this what you had in mind? If so, I would like to recommend we create a new column in the ledger for the bill slice image, since it no longer strictly visualizes "Required Reserves".

@mzgoddard Code changes are pretty simple, but I'll await your approval before landing this.

For the small bills, I actually think what Bill wanted was something more like this:

100% of the bill, then 80% of the bill, 64%, etc. (I did that in Photoshop, so my cuts probably aren't at the right place.) This probably makes more sense as a counterpoint to the stacked bars discussed in #6 than the current visualization, which is pretty much the exact same thing.
