Track metadata changes over time for upcoming events

• [ ] Use existing CLI to fetch upcoming events and additional metadata for the events
• [ ] Save to a datetimestamped CSV file (for now, ultimately need to save this into GBQ or other data store)

In conversation with Nancy Berlin, she highlighted the importance of examining the content of the meetups over time. In particular what topic areas they are presenting on and what level of expertise they are focusing on. For instance, if several groups are targeting beginners or doing tutorials it indicates a technology is fairly new, whereas a trend of deeper subject matter could indicate a trend towards more expertise. Additionally, topic trends are of interest to see what people are most focused on.
