Fetch TravisCI data - Githubissues

You can send an unauthenticated request to the TravisCI api to get public information about repos using it.

[ ] See if the repo exists and is active in TravisCI - https://api.travis-ci.org/repos/BonnyCI/hoist
[ ] Get builds (takes repo slug), returns in chunks of 25, use after_number param which means the 25 builds before that number - https://api.travis-ci.org/repos/BonnyCI/hoist/builds?after_number=443
