Please consider licensing as GPL-3.0-or-later instead of GPL-3.0-only? #112

I'd love to use these modules in the Cardinal distribution of Rack, but they only allow plugins that are licensed GPL-3.0-or-later (for compatibility with various linux distros' licensing, see the wiki for more details)

Would you be willing to license these plugins to GPL-3.0-or-later instead of GPL-3.0-only?

Examples of other plugins that have graciously updated their license terms:
