Hampshire (County of Southampton) - This was changed in 1959. The correct name is just "Hampshire"

Can "(County of Southampton)" be removed?

Haha, 1959, eh...? Maybe a little dated. I've created the following ticket to update the data set: https://github.com/country-regions/country-region-data/issues/38
