Add a method for getting targets from the user #37

Right now we don't really have a way of choosing targets. This isn't very important when we're just doing playing cards, but this could be a big deal when we go on to bigger games (i.e. dominion, magic). In these cases there are cards that ask people to do something with another card. As far as I can tell we don't really have a way of handling this right now.

This has been done on the dominion branch (I forgot to cut a new branch....)
