stuck at processing #546

Subject of the issue

edx dl is stuck at processing for more than an hour

Your environment

Steps to reproduce

https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:MITx+18.01.1x+2T2018/course/

Expected behaviour

it should start to download

Actual behaviour

it is processing app_4-tab1 for more than an hour Annotation 2019-05-03 111415

strange but i used windows powershell and its working.

It showed the same behavior in my case for Command Prompt, but worked fine in PowerShell.
