Subject of the issue

I am having trouble using edx-dl to download the course: Principles of Synthetic Biology.

Your environment

Operating System: windows 10
Python version:3.7.4
youtube-dl version:2019.07.16
edx-dl version:0.1.10

Steps to reproduce

Just try normal edx.dl with https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:MITx+20.305x+1T2019/course/

Expected behaviour

All the videos of all the sections should download

Actual behaviour

Only the first four sections are downloaded and the following ones (which contain the real info) are ignored.

Observed same when downloading: https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:HarvardX+PH525.1x+3T2019/course/

Only a portion of content from the first module are downloaded.
