Subject of the issue

Can't get the list of available qualities of the videos of the courses

Your environment

Operating System (name/version): Windows 10
Python version: 3.8.2
youtube-dl version: 2020.05.03
edx-dl version: 0.1.13

Steps to reproduce

I tried the below to produce edx-dl -u user@user.com https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:HarvardX+PH526x+1T2020/course/ --youtube-dl-options="-F"

Expected behaviour

It should have List all available formats of videos or playlist

Actual behaviour

It just starts downloading the default quality
