This PR combines 3 main tasks:

the possibility to calibration data according to different methods (fixes #20; fixes #142)
the computation of the 4th covariance term in Courtiol et al. 2019 (fixes #143)
the download of elevation data using another R package (fixes #140; fixes #107)

Other minor improvements have been made. See NEWS for details.
