prepsources tests are too stringent #179

If different source_ID correspond to the same location but do have exact same latitude, or longitude, or elevation, the function will return an error.

This should not be the case.

I cannot replicate this. Inspection of the code suggests that this should not happen since each dimension is checked independently, that is true, but this is done per source_ID.
