use extractor in spaMM #86

It would be best to use extractor instead of manipulating the internal structure of spaMM objects. Eg. get_ranPars(model, which="corrPars") and not model$corrPars This will be more resilient to changes in spaMM.

I have dealt with the nus and rhos but there may be more to do...
