moving on to terra, sf, ggplot2? #90

ggplot2 supports since v 3.0 shp files and perhaps more... (e.g. geom_sf())we need to check how difficult and messy it would be to offer ggplot support. If it is now possible to handle well rasters and everyhting else we use, that may be a thing to do for version 1.0...

I opted for terra, but I will indicate in the bookdown how one can easily plot things using ggplot + sf based on the terra objects created with IsoriX.
