Mix between subjects? #32

These two plots for the brain and spinal cord show a different number of sessions. I suspect a mixup between subject numbering (eg: subject 4 in spinal cord corresponding to subject 5 in the brain):

If understood correctly the issue is the correct subjects displayed in the plots. But, according to this output, which extracts the values/sessions/subjects, what it displays in coresponds to the csv data.

OK, it should be fine then. So we need to understand why the number of sessions differ between the brain and the spinal cord results. Do you mind digging into that?

zelenkastiot commented 3 years ago

Sure, I will look into it. Brief you tomorrow

@zelenkastiot do you have an update on this?

Pinging @zelenkastiot – any ETA on looking into this?

mathieuboudreau commented 2 years ago

On it - check if subject names are bids-compliant in the results CSV
