[x] Upgrade qmrlab calls v2.5.0b for BIDS compatibility re units and naming (uses schema)
[x] Improve organization of modules, workflows & configs
[x] Delete stale channels, ensure consistent use of new DSL auto-split
[x] Use multiMap to have semantically meaningful namespaces for paired channels
[ ] Test output publishing when empty channels are joined
[x] Add MTR and MP2RAGE to the mix
[x] See if work can be moved elsewhere
