Missing derivatives data: MTsat

@arnaudbore highlighted that some of the MTsat maps were missing while he was trying to map them along tracts. Below is a list and the reason why the pipeline did not produce the maps.

• sub-03/ses-003/anat/sub-03_ses-003_acq-MTS_MTsat.nii.gz
  • Missing B1 map file missing sub-03_ses-003_acq-famp_TB1TFL.nii.gz in anat/
• sub-06/ses-001/anat/sub-06_ses-001_acq-MTS_MTsat.nii.gz
  • Missing UNI file for MP2RAGE sub-06_ses-001_UNIT1.nii.gz in anat/
  • Because MP2RAGE wasn't triggered, publishOutputs was not triggered, so the MTsat measurements that ARE there are never published to the derivatives folder. Could be manually added...
  • Means T1 map, MTR map, and MP2RAGE T1 map are also missing
• sub-06/ses-002/anat/sub-06_ses-002_acq-MTS_MTsat.nii.gz
  • Missing UNI file for MP2RAGE sub-06_ses-001_UNIT1.nii.gz in anat/
