"T2starmap" should be replaced by "T2starw"

I noticed that the following file (example in one subject):

sub-01_ses-001_bp-cspine_T2starmap.nii.gz

Is in fact a multiecho T2star-weighted scan averaged across echoes, and not a fitted T2* map, and as such should be called this instead:

sub-01_ses-001_bp-cspine_T2starw.nii.gz
