Added doc paragraph for gamepad dataset #130

@hyruuk for Shinobi you need to add sentence stating subjects trained out side the scanner and creating a link with the shinobi_beh dataset. It would also be helpful to have a sentence of the purpose of the dataset. I would also add that 10h is approximately XX reps of each level.

Lastly, when pointing to the Videogame controller you can point to your paper but more useful for the readers is to point to the website. See my suggestion in the gamepad section.

I'm recreating a PR taking these comments into account. Modifications of the Shinobi sections will be made through a separate branch
