Rose red dyes used in crafting Wrench should be ore dictionaried. #23

Unless there's a specific reason why not to do it, The wrench should be craft-able by anything ore-dictionaried to "dyeRed."

This way, mods that add alternative dyes can be used in crafting tools such as these.
