NEI handlers trigger on OreDict names, they shouldn't be triggered on. #48

Looking up bone meal recipes brought up lapis lazuli crusher recipe. Posting here so I don't forget about it.

Oh, apparently that's something about all dyes having "dye" ore name. Different issue, but still will need some attention in the future.
